Kidney Stones.
Well, that seems to be the general verdict from everyone I talk to.
Not a whole heap of fun. And everyone who says they've heard they can be worse than childbirth or a broken bone? Yeah, they're right.
Maybe this turning 40 thing isn't quite that much fun, after all.

Oh no... well, drink lots of water, as above. Painkillers are good things.
You poor bugger! Do you need surgery or will a change in diet help? PJ got his diagnosis six months ago and he's been able to avoid any more tummy aches by watching what he eats. I hope you get some relief soon too!
Feel better soon! My mom and a sister both suffer with Kidney stones. They flare up once in a while but mainly have it under control now. Best of luck!
