Yay for Rhubarb

I found the recipe for this scrummy Rhubarb Crumble Slice in the newest issue of donna hay magazine. A crunchy biscuit base, sugary rhubarb filling and crumbly crumble topping . Seriously fabulous.

Go buy the mag, it's totally worth it!

I can't get that magazine but it wouldn't do much good if I could. I think rhubarb season might have passed me by.
