I was indulging in some kids tv with Offspring #2 this afternoon while I was folding some clean laundry. I wandered off to put the clothes away and returned to find #2 had a new chair. She was thoroughly engrossed in the tv show and had grabbed a cushion to make herself comfortable. You'd never guess there are two perfectly good couches in the room!

My boys turn empty laundry baskets into 'boats' (and guess who gets to drive those boats around? - 40, bending, and pushing isn't a great combo).
My Bro used them as boats, too! Even I´m in there in pics... must be a worldwide thingy for kids, huh?

Ah, those infinitely flexible kids. I make my back upset just unloading the dishwasher (but a lot of that is my fault, not just the back).
Yeah, it was a boat too. And a car, a horse, a plane and a helicopter and then she turned it over and made herself a tiny little house. That one laundry basket kept her amused for about 2 hours - gotta love it!
Isabelle crawls around with my washing basket on her back and calls herself a turtle! Who needs expensive toys when you have an imagination! Kaz x
